Our hogfish comes in an 6/8 oz fillet skinless and boneless. Also called Hog Snapper is probably one of the hardest fish to get a hold of. It’s a very delicate and versatile fish that goes well any way you make it. The meat is lean and snow white with a mild flavor and sweet undertones. Many argue that Hogfish tastes sweeter than grouper or snapper. Our Hogfish are butterflied, (both fillets attached to the tail), 6/8 oz each, skin/on, scaled and boneless. You can order by the pc from 1 to as many as you like.
