It is a white, flaky and tasty meat. There are many different types of Groupers, but the taste of most Groupers is similar, all have a great flavor and texture. Grouper is that type of fish that almost everybody knows and likes, specially down in the South Florida area. Cook it on the grill, broil, bake or fried. Serve it on a plate or in a sandwich.
