Return and Shipping Policy:

All of us at SouthFloridaSeafood.com take pride in the quality of the seafood products we sell. All of our products are fresh frozen and most are individually vacuumed packed. They are packed in a sealed foam box with frozen gel packs and an outer carton board box to maintain the correct temperature and integrity of the products. We ship all our orders via UPS overnight next day delivery. We ship all orders to the address you specified on you order. You need to be there to receive your order or leave a note on the front door with other delivery instructions. If the order can not be deliver at the time and date it was specified on the order because; the address can not be found, you were not there to receive the order, you did not leave other delivery instructions, the weather did not allow the delivery on time, or the UPS driver can not deliver the products due to other reasons, we will not be able to guarantee the freshness and integrity of our products and will not be able to give you a credit. If you get a product you did not ordered, if the product does not match the description on our website, or if the product is damaged or spoiled inside the box, we need you to return the product to us the same day in the original package so we may properly issue you a credit. We need to received the products in our warehouse before we can issue the credit. To initiate a return, please contact us at Ladyme305@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return the package. If the products are not good for whatever reason due to mishandling or tampering of the package by UPS, broken or open box, or any other reason due to shipping, you need to put a claim in with UPS so you can get your money back.
