White shrimp have a more mild flavor with notes of natural sweetness because they're found in areas with less salinity. If you boil or sauté them, they'll soak in the nuances of the sauces and seasonings quite nicely.
Our raw shrimp is peeled and deveined tail/on. We have 2 different sizes:
Raw shrimp 8-12 2 lb bag (Super Colossal)
Raw shrimp 16-20 2 lb bag (Colossal)
They are packed in 2 lb bags. You can buy 1 bag or as many bags as you like
