Branzino or Bronzino or also called European Sea Bass or Loup De Mer, is an iconic Mediterranean fish that ranges from one to three pounds. It has a delicate, white flesh and a mild, almost sweet flavor. It’s great when stuffed with lemon and herbs such as parsley and fennel. It can be done in the oven, on the grill, sauté or pan fried with salt, pepper, paprika and lots of olive oil. It is sold with the skin/on since the skin is very thin and it will get crunchy when cooked. Our Branzino comes butterflied 8-10 oz each, skin on, scaled and boneless. They are fresh frozen and individually vacuumed packed. You can buy it by the pc from 1 to as many as you like.
