Mahi-Mahi is also called Mahi, Dolphinfish or Dorado. It has the honor of being the second most eaten fish in the world and one of the fastest growing fish in the ocean. There are many Mahi fishing tournaments around the world competing for the biggest mahi. This is because this fish is swift and hard to catch. The meat is lean, sweet and tender. It is low on fat and therefore, has a more, firm meat-like taste. Its taste can be altered based on how it is cooked. Mahi-Mahi can be done anyway you want. It is one of the most versatile fish when it comes down to cooking. One of the best ways to eat it is  grill it or blackened. Our Mahi-Mahi portions come in 8 oz, individually vacuumed packed, skinless and boneless and are center cut from the top loin of the fillet.
