Our Salmon portions are Premium, fresh frozen once and have the minimal blood line allowed in the industry to maintain its fresh flavor. Salmon is a mild-flavored fish with a rich and slightly oily taste to it. The Salmon taste is very pronounce, distinctive and different from any other fish. Baked, grilled, and poached salmon will often taste citrusy and buttery, along with whatever accompanying flavors were added to the dish. Smoked salmon tastes smokey and subtly fishy. Put it in an oven proof container, add soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder and cover with raw brown sugar. Put it in the oven on broil for about 10 minutes. Its really good this way.
