Our Scarlet snapper fillets come in 10-12 oz natural cut fillets and are fresh frozen and individually vacuum packed. They come skin/on, scaled and boneless. Snapper is moist and delicate, with a mild, slightly sweet taste that goes well with all kinds of additional flavors. It is a very versatile fish and can be cooked in many different ways.
