Is a delicious fish that can be enjoyed raw, broiled, or seared on the outside, just warm on the inside and sliced in thin slices with ponsu sauce and sesame seed. Tuna Saku Blocks provide a moderate flavor and firm, lean meat that stands up to full-flavored seasoning such as blackening or seafood spice. They are ideal for a wide variety of sashimi and seared ahi presentations. Our Tuna Saku Blocks are AAA Sushi Grade, individually vacuumed packed and come in 10-12 oz blocks.
